SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT
Vibrant Lighting can be your single point of contact to help turn ideas into reality. A one stop technical shop, we can manage all the production aspects of your event. We can project manage your event, and are onboard with you from the start of the planning process to the post event debrief.
CO - ORDINATION & LIAISON
We will co-ordinate with the venue and liaise with incoming contractors on your behalf, a key element for success on site. On the night we will ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, and help keep everything on schedule.
EVENT CONCEPTS
We use the latest version Vectorworks drawing software to create 3D plans of your chosen venue including lighting, staging, set, stalls and table layouts. Our clients find this visualisation tool extremely useful to envision the space, examine the constraints of the venue and understand the costs involved.

Our crew are multi skilled seasoned event technicians. They are calm under pressure, approachable and down to earth. We are focused on the health of our staff, so that they make good decisions, resulting in a safe site for clients, contractors and guests.
